Workshops are short sessions during camp that explore topics relevant to the camp mission. Workshops may offer campers opportunities to learn songwriting, sound & recording, improvisation, stage presence, flyer & button making, confidence & empowerment, conflict resolution, and more!
Workshop Leaders are comfortable speaking in front of a group. They should have experience with the subject they are teaching. Campers will vary in age and ability. Workshops may be divided to accommodate workable groups or age-appropriateness. Workshop Leaders only need to be available for their session.
Workshop Leaders are required to fill out a Workshop Facilitator Application, which includes a proposed workshop outline for each workshop. Proposals must specify workshop needs, including supplies, presentation materials, set-up time, volunteer assistance and location requests. Program & Volunteer Directors are available to help each Leader plan a successful workshop.
