Our Ambassador Program is a way for youth to develop leadership skills and for former campers to stay involved in the Girls Rock program after they "age out" of camp but before they can be full volunteers at age 18.

Ambassadors will serve in a leadership role and mentor for campers throughout camp week. They will help facilitate creativity and self-expression while maintaining a safe space so that everyone can be themselves and rock out!

Ambassadors will assist band coaches, help with workshops, and act as positive role models for campers during both sessions of camp. Orientation will be provided prior to camp, and Ambassadors will be closely supervised.

This is a volunteer opportunity, and volunteering with Girls Rock MKE does count toward volunteer requirements for MPS IB schools!
